Terms of service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Halvion (the website, the reports and the API). Halvion is run by [company legal name], a company registered in England and Wales under number [company number], with its registered office at [registered address] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. What the service does
Halvion builds reports about public blockchain addresses on Solana, Ethereum, Base, BSC, Robinhood, Tron, Arc, HyperEVM and HyperCore from public on-chain data and from our own labels. A report can include balances, transfers, funding chains, counterparties, exchange deposit addresses and links to tracked teams.
Reports describe what addresses did on-chain. A label means we have linked an address to something based on evidence. It is not a statement of who controls the address. See the disclaimer.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Telegram account. While Halvion is in beta you also need a beta key from an existing member to open an account. Keep your Telegram account secure, because you are responsible for activity on your Halvion account.
An account is for one person. Teams need the Desk plan, which includes seats. Section 5 explains how we enforce this.
You must be at least 18 to use the service.
3. Plans and payment
| Plan | Price | Lookups |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | $50 a month | 300 a month |
| Pro | $200 a month | Unlimited, fair use |
| Desk | From $500 a month | Unlimited, fair use, plus alerts. API access on request, through us on Telegram |
Some beta keys start a free trial of Pro for a set number of hours. When the trial ends you need a paid plan to keep using Halvion, and nothing is charged unless you choose one.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we have to add. Card plans renew every month until you cancel. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card details.
You can also pay for one month at a time in USDC or SOL on Solana, using Solana Pay. A Solana month starts when we confirm the payment, or when your current month ends if you renew early, and it does not renew by itself. A SOL price is fixed for 15 minutes. If a payment arrives late, comes up short or is sent without the payment reference (for example from an exchange), message us and we will settle it with you. Payments on a blockchain cannot be reversed, so check the amount and the address before you send.
Plans for 3 or 12 months are arranged with us on Telegram.
You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund part-used months unless the law requires us to.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
4. Fair use
Pro and Desk have no lookup cap. Fair use means normal research by the people the plan is for. Automated bulk lookups through the website and reselling our reports are outside fair use. If an account goes beyond fair use we will contact you first, and we may then limit lookups or ask you to move to Desk. Sharing an account is not a fair use question: section 5 covers it.
5. One person per account
Draft: needs solicitor review before it is published.
An account is for you alone. Do not share your sign-in, your session or your account with anyone, and do not let anyone else use Halvion through your account. This includes friends, colleagues and paid groups.
How we check
To spot sharing, we record each session: when it started, a random device ID stored in a cookie, a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself), the rough location it points to (country, city and network) and a hash of your browser type. We keep these records for 180 days. Only one session can be active at a time, so signing in somewhere new signs you out elsewhere. A third device has to be confirmed from a message our bot sends you in Telegram. The privacy notice has the detail.
If an account is shared
Our systems flag accounts that look shared, for example two devices in use at the same time or sign-ins from places too far apart to travel between. A person reviews every flag before anything happens. If we decide an account has been shared, we will:
- ban the account, and any accounts you invited with your beta keys;
- cancel the unused beta keys of every banned account;
- cancel the subscriptions of every banned account straight away, without a refund for the rest of the period, unless the law requires one.
Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, message @Scholarcc on Telegram from the Telegram account you signed in with and tell us what happened. We will review the evidence again and reply there. If we lift a ban, we restore access but not cancelled keys or subscriptions.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Halvion to:
- harass, threaten, stalk or expose the identity of any person;
- break any law, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering and data protection laws;
- scrape the website, get round usage limits or interfere with the service;
- resell or republish our reports or labels in bulk without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is serious we may do so without notice.
7. Our content
The reports, labels and software belong to us or our licensors. While your plan is active you may use reports for your own research and share individual findings, such as a screenshot or a single address with its label. API output is covered by the Desk agreement.
8. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the service running and the data correct, but blockchains, data providers and our own systems can fail or be wrong. The service is provided as it is, without any promise that it will be uninterrupted, complete or error-free.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Apart from that, we are not liable for any loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data or any indirect loss. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Decisions you make using our reports, including whether to buy, sell or follow a token or wallet, are yours. See the disclaimer.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you at least 14 days before it applies. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
