What counts as a lookup?: Opening a wallet report for the first time in your billing period. Opening the same wallet again in that period is free, and so are the tabs inside a report.
What does fair use mean on Pro?: Pro and Desk have no lookup cap. Fair use means normal research by the people on the plan. If an account runs automated bulk lookups or shares one login across a team, we get in touch before we limit anything.
Can I pay for 3 or 12 months?: Yes, but not in the app yet. Message us on Telegram and we will set it up with you.
Can I cancel?: Yes, at any time from Plan and billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I pay in crypto?: Yes. Pay a month at a time in USDC or SOL with Solana Pay: scan the QR code or open the payment in Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. A SOL price is held for 15 minutes. Crypto months do not renew by themselves, so you renew from Plan and billing.
